Here is Sedona from the air. Our home was just below the aircraft, so this was our 'backyard'. Over 35 movies have been made in the area, primarily westerns.

Max Ernst was one of the first artists to move to the area in the 1960's. It is now a thriving artists community.

One night, my wife and I were lying in bed watching an old movie. There was a scene with 1,000 calvary on one side and a 1,000 Indians on the other about to do battle. With astonishment, I said to my wife, "That's our backyard," and where we were lying was right in the middle of the battlefield!
